We repair this equipment on-site and on-demand, to ensure complete customer satisfaction.<br><br>Website: https://fluidflow.com/<br><br>Summary/Objective<br><br>The Control Valve Product Manager is responsible for growing the control valve business in Florida, sizing new applications, working with the existing Florida sales team on control valve projects, be the direct point of contact for the control valve manufacturer.<br><br><strong>Essential Functions<br><br></strong>Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.<br><br><ul><li> Identifying customer needs and problems with a proactive approach related to control valve opportunities</li><li> Reviewing specifications, quoting prices, and credit terms</li><li> Present creative solutions to customers that provide improved performance & cost savings</li><li> Utilize the factory sizing program to select control valves for specific applications</li><li> Reviewing specifications, quoting prices, and credit terms</li><li> Maintaining customer records using automated CRM systems (Salesforce)</li><li> Preparing sales contracts for orders obtained and submitting orders for processing</li><li> Collaborating to exchange market information and selling strategies with the sales team</li><li> Providing regular sales forecasts and appropriate feedback from the field</li><li> Serves as a technical resource to customers and the Florida Outside Sales Team</li><li> Partner with company sales representatives and management to increase business.<br><br></li></ul>Candidates with prior field experience with control valves are encouraged to apply.<br><br>Competencies<br><br><ul><li> Strong Mechanical and Problem-Solving Skills.</li><li> Good Communication, Customer Service, and Consultative Skills.</li><li> Strong work ethic with ability to work under minimal supervision.</li><li> Reliable and punctual</li><li> Able to use a computer and Microsoft Suite</li><li> Must live in Florida east of Tallahassee</li><li> Willing to train the right candidate.<br><br></li></ul>Supervisory Responsibility<br><br>This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities but may serve as a coach and mentor for other team members learning about control valves.<br><br>Work Environment<br><br>This job operates in Power Generation facilities, Chemical Processing, Pulp and Paper, and Aerospace facilities<br><br>Physical Demands<br><br>The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.<br><br>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus. This position would require the ability to lift up to 50 pounds unassisted occasionally. Ability to climb and work on ladders and scaffolding.<br><br>Position Type/Expected Hours of Work<br><br>This is a full-time position.
