Responsibilities Overview: As a Corporate Actions Analyst, you will help oversee a team of analysts responsible for researching and validating corporate action data to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of securities processing information to our business partners.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and review daily team deliverables
  • Ensure all SLAs are met, and daily work is completed accurately and on time
  • Serve as an escalation point for business partners regarding inquiries and daily tasks
  • Identify and recommending process and reporting improvements
  • Monitor internal controls and proactively addressing potential risks
  • Prove oversight and support for team initiatives
  • Own incident follow-up activities as well as updates to controls and processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
  • Comprehensive understanding of the financial services industry
  • Proven experience leading, mentoring and motivating high-performing teams
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with senior leaders and business partners
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Track record of contributing to high risk, high visibility initiatives
