<p>We are currently seeking an experienced Federal HR Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality Human Resources and Leadership services within an enterprise-wide Human Resources program operating in a classified environment. As a crucial member of our team, the HR Project Manager will work with multiple clients and consultants, providing specialized support services and ensuring the successful implementation of HR systems and solutions.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Provide specialized support services and delivery of Human Resources and Leadership services to consultants and clients.</li><li>Understand and navigate multiple HR technology platforms and maintain knowledge of a large solution portfolio.</li><li>Stay informed about industry best practices of HR systems and solutions.</li><li>Obtain and adhere to changing project requirements.</li><li>Produce accurate, edited work products.</li><li>Implement pre-specified research or analysis plans.</li><li>Ensure desired results by determining and implementing objectives and allocating appropriate resources.</li><li>Provide regular detailed reporting to management and customers.</li><li>Collaborate with the internal and external team in a timely and proactive manner.</li><li>Produce Weekly Activity Reports (WAR).</li><li>Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or relevant experience.</li><li>Minimum 5 years of HR business management experience, with familiarity with Government policies and procedures preferred.</li><li>Solid MS Office skills.</li></ul><p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>7 years of HR business management experience on an enterprise-wide contract.</li><li>Experience with MS Project and MS Visio.</li><li>PMP certification.</li></ul><p>If you are a dedicated and experienced HR professional with a strong understanding of Federal HR practices, we invite you to apply.
