Title: Independent Contractor – CPT-10526 Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant to CEO / Junior-Senior Level (Remote).

Overview

20four7VA is seeking offshore independent contractors to deliver remote services to clients worldwide, with a primary focus on developed markets such as the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, and Australia.

The objective of each engagement is to look for a highly organized, proactive, and extremely responsive Virtual Assistant / Executive Assistant to support the CEO of a fast-growing global technology company.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-pressure, dynamic environment, excels at managing complex schedules across time zones, and can confidently handle executive-level travel and communication with exceptional attention to detail.

This is a remote contractor position, requiring availability aligned with Eastern Time (ET) and/or UK Time Zone.

Scope of Services

Contractors will be required to provide services that align with the following client tasks:

Executive Calendar & Scheduling Management

  • Manage and optimize the CEO’s calendar across multiple time zones (ET & UK)
  • Schedule, reschedule, prioritize, and resolve calendar conflicts proactively
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings with executives, partners, and customers
  • Ensure the CEO is well-prepared for meetings with accurate timing and logistics

Travel & Logistics Coordination

  • Plan and manage domestic and international executive travel
  • Book flights, hotels, ground transportation, and prepare detailed itineraries
  • Handle last-minute changes quickly and accurately
  • Ensure seamless travel experiences with strong contingency planning

Inbox & Communication Support

  • Manage and organize the CEO’s email inbox
  • Draft professional emails, follow-ups, and responses as needed
  • Support communication via Slack, WhatsApp, email, and calls
  • Flag urgent items and ensure timely responses

Administrative & Expense Support

  • Assist with expense tracking, receipts, and reimbursement documentation
  • Maintain organized digital records
  • Provide general administrative and executive support as needed

Urgent & Ad-Hoc Support

  • Respond quickly to urgent requests and last-minute changes
  • Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and discretion at all times
  • Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems


Each engagement is based on a defined scope of work and is governed by an independent contractor agreement. Services must be performed professionally, with adherence to any timelines, guidelines, and deliverables agreed upon in writing.


Skills

The Contractor must demonstrate proficiency in the following, depending on the Client’s requirements:

  • Proven experience supporting senior executives as a Virtual Assistant or Executive Assistant
  • Strong background in complex calendar management across multiple time zones
  • Demonstrated experience coordinating executive-level travel (international preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Highly responsive, reliable, and detail-oriented
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment
  • Availability aligned with Eastern Time (ET) and/or UK Time Zone

  • Email & Calendar - Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Drive)

Work Schedule

  • Contracted Hours per Week: 40 Hours
  • Scheduled Working Days: Monday through Friday.
  • Daily Working Time: TBD (Aligned with CEO schedule, flexibility required)

Note: The Company will make reasonable efforts to align the Assigned VA’s schedule with the Client’s preferred hours as set forth above. However, availability may vary based on time zones, capacity, and the contracted hours set in this SOW. Any changes must be mutually agreed to in writing through a revised SOW.

Terms of Engagement

  • Contractors will operate under a Master Services Agreement and a Statement of Work
  • This is not an offer of employment; contractors are not employees of 20four7VA or any client
  • All compensation is processed through 20four7VA according to the terms of the engagement
