hospitality.<br><br>IMG is looking for a talented Shooter/Editor to join its central Marketing team, responsible for capturing and crafting premium photo and video content across the business globally.<br><br>Working closely with a dedicated Producer, this role is central to how IMG brings its brand, people and moments to life — from brand films, case studies and pitch sizzles, to behind-the-scenes “life at IMG” content, to high-profile corporate and hospitality events including IMG House at Wimbledon and IMG’s global conference, The Summit.<br><br>This is a highly hands-on role for a strong visual storyteller who is confident shooting, photographing and editing content to a consistently high standard.<br><br><strong>Applications will close on Wednesday 4th March at 11.59pm UK Time.<br><br></strong><strong>Key Responsibilities And Accountabilities<br><br></strong><strong>Filming & Photography<br><br></strong><ul><li>Capture high-quality video and stills across a wide range of content, including:</li><ul><li>Brand and campaign shoots</li><li>Case study and credentials films</li><li>Pitch sizzles and presentation content</li><li>Internal communications and leadership messages</li><li>“Life at IMG” culture, people and behind-the-scenes moments</li><li>Major corporate, hospitality and leadership events, including:</li><ul><li>IMG House at Wimbledon and other tentpole events</li><li>IMG’s global conference and leadership offsites such as The Summit</li></ul></ul><li>Confidently shoot in varied environments including studios, offices, live events and on location<br></li></ul><strong>Editing & Post-Production<br><br></strong><ul><li>Edit video content end-to-end, producing:</li><ul><li>Brand films and campaign assets</li><li>Sizzle reels and pitch films</li><li>Case studies and short-form edits</li><li>Event highlights and recap films</li><li>Social and digital cut-downs</li></ul><li>Deliver polished still photography edits aligned to brand guidelines</li><li>Manage post-production workflows, file organisation, exports and versioning across formats and platforms<br></li></ul><strong>Creative Collaboration<br><br></strong><ul><li>Work closely with the Producer to interpret briefs, shot lists and creative direction</li><li>Contribute creatively on framing, pacing, music, transitions and storytelling</li><li>Bring ideas to the table including visual treatments, edit styles and capture approaches<br><br></li></ul><strong>Brand & Quality<br><br></strong><ul><li>Uphold IMG’s visual identity and creative standards across all content</li><li>Ensure consistency of look and feel while adapting style for different audiences, platforms and purposes<br><br></li></ul><strong>Knowledge And Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li>Proven experience as a Shooter/Editor, Videographer, Filmmaker or similar role</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing both filming or photography and editing</li><li>Experience capturing live events, corporate environments or brand content<br><br></li></ul><strong>Skills And Abilities<br><br></strong><ul><li>Confident shooting video and stills on professional or prosumer camera systems</li><li>Strong editing skills using tools such as Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve or After Effects</li><li>Comfortable working with lighting, sound and fast-paced real-world conditions</li><li>Solid understanding of delivery formats for social, digital, presentations and internal communications</li><li>Strong visual eye and storytelling instinct</li><li>Calm, adaptable and reliable under pressure, particularly during live events</li><li>Organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects</li><li>Collaborative, positive and comfortable working with senior stakeholders</li><li>Willing to travel and work occasional unsociable hours around major events<br><br></li></ul><strong>Desirable (not Essential)<br><br></strong><ul><li>Motion graphics or light animation skills</li><li>Drone experience with appropriate certifications</li><li>Interest or experience in sport, entertainment or live events<br><br></li></ul><strong>Working Conditions<br><br></strong><ul><li>This is a permanent position based at Stockley Park , with requirement to occasionally work at our Chiswick Park office.</li><li>May be required to attend (and travel to) locations, including other IMG buildings and meetings</li><li>You may be required to travel to industry events and work on-site for the duration of an event, as necessary</li><li>You’ll usually work normal office hours, however, you may work longer hours, including evening and weekend work, when working to a campaign deadline or in
