Job Duties and Responsibilities

As a Creative Senior Project Manager - Merchandising, you'll be the driving force behind our brand marketing initiatives. You will manage creative requests from concept to completion, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and on budget. Your work will directly impact our brand's presence in the market, making you a vital part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize creative requests for seasonal brand marketing initiatives
  • Oversee and optimize the digital dashboard platform for enhanced user interactions
  • Plan, coordinate, execute, and project manage local marketing campaigns
  • Collect, analyze and report on campaign data to measure effectiveness and ROI of creative collateral in market
  • Present campaign communications and updates to the related teams
  • Collaborate with vendors, partners, and other third parties to ensure successful project execution
  • Work in close partnership with the Merchandising Production and Creative teams to enhance the overall success of the projects
Skills, Experience and Requirements

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field required
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, marketing or a related role required

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Diligent project manager, with the ability to prioritize initiatives based on organizational priorities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working in the telecommunications industry preferred
  • Familiarity with project management, marketing tools and platforms preferred
  • Creative proactive problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically preferred
  • Spanish as a second language is a nice to have
  • This is a 100% in-office position located in Littleton, CO

Salary Ranges

Compensation: $72,350.00/Year - $103,400.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
