Our client, a leader in the Financial Services space, is looking to add two Creative Strategist to their team on a contract basis. Role will be remote, 40 hours/week and ongoing. EST/CST time zone preferred. Must have expertise in Retail and/or Health/Wellness!

Role Summary/Purpose
Are you a hungry, curious creative strategist looking for an opportunity to grow, hone your craft, and make a mark in the Health and Wellness and Retail space?

Over the past few years we've expanded our capabilities across all disciplines significantly, and we're growing. Again. We're looking for a creative strategist to join our team and build stories that connect the dots between trends, research, data, and marketing and business goals to inspire creative that matters.

This position is currently remote but may require in-office work or presence for activities such as team meetings in the future.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Strategic partnership: Work with cross-functional agency teams to foster collaboration, leverage capabilities and resources, and help bring data and insights to life.
• Subject matter expertise: Anchor the team with a deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, our offerings, and the competitive landscape.
• Creative strategy: leverage all relevant sources to ground and inspire creative ideation, guide and inform development, and support creative direction and decisions.
• Collaboration: Work with Strategy team counterparts to share cross-organizational insights, best practices, and capabilities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or High School Diploma/GED and 8+ years' experience in marketing, creative business or agency
• 5+ years experience in creative strategy, agency planning, or marketing strategy with a focus on creative
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Portfolio and/or case studies required with application
• Comfortable using AI

Desired Qualifications:

• Experience in Health and Wellness/Retail marketing

• Solid understanding of CX, UX and SEO
• Solid copywriting background (marketing/brand/advertising copy)
• Working knowledge of design, brand development and overall creative process
• Familiar with ideating, building, and analyzing personas, journeys, experience maps, communication cadence planning, messaging matrixes
• Excellent analytical abilities
• Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with Figma, FigJam, and Adobe Workfront, or ability to learn quickly

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage a high volume of projects
• Ability to problem solve, work independently, and engage manager and team members as needed
