About the Team

The CRM team at Stitch Fix is responsible for strengthening the relationship with our clients, maximizing their value, and retaining them as active clients for as long as possible. At its core, Stitch Fix is a personalization service, and the CRM team leverages data and insights to bring that same level of personalization to our marketing. Our ultimate goal is to deliver the right message to the right customer at the right time.

About the Role

Stitch Fix is looking for a motivated CRM Associate to lead and optimize key components of our client-focused CRM program. In this role, you will move beyond foundational execution to take ownership of end-to-end campaign workflows across multiple channels. You will work closely with Developers and Creative teams to ensure our messaging is both personalized and impactful. This is an ideal role for someone who has mastered the basics of CRM and is ready to take on more independent responsibility, identifying efficiencies and contributing to the strategic evolution of our lifecycle programs.

  • Lead and execute CRM campaigns across Email, Push, and SMS, ensuring all communications are launched accurately and on schedule.
  • Own the maintenance and optimization of existing Lifecycle and Transactional workflows, identifying areas to improve customer engagement.
  • Lead the QA process for your owned channels, maintaining high standards for technical accuracy and brand consistency.
  • Analyze performance data to produce weekly and monthly reports, translating metrics into actionable insights for the broader team.
  • Collaborate with Creative and Product teams to coordinate the production of assets that align with our content strategy.
  • Contribute to strategic ideation for Batch and Lifecycle campaigns, bringing fresh ideas to enhance the customer experience.

  • You have 1–3 years of experience in CRM or digital marketing, ideally within an e-commerce focused Lifecycle, Batch and Transactional programs.
  • You are a detail-oriented operator who can manage complex schedules without losing sight of the big picture customer experience.
  • You are a developing strategist with a curiosity for data and the ability to explain the why behind campaign performance.
  • You are proactive and scrappy, comfortable taking initiative to solve problems and improve internal processes.
  • You have strong communication skills, allowing you to partner effectively with Engineering, Creative, and Data Science stakeholders.
  • You are passionate about personalization and stay informed on trends in fashion and marketing technology.

Compensation and Benefits

This role will receive a competitive salary and benefits. The salary for US-based employees hired into this role will be aligned with the range below, which includes our three geographic areas. A variety of factors are considered when determining someone’s compensation–including a candidate’s professional background, experience, location, and performance. Salary Range
$56,600—$94,500 USD
