Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be the first point of contact for existing clients providing support and guidance for the services the organisation offers.

You will be handling inbound and outbound calls supporting with a variety of queries in a contact centre environment ensuring an exceptional level of client service is provided and targets are achieved.

The role will also be corresponding with customers over email and will be responsible for any administrative duties for the department.
