We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong ability to analyse customer needs, and a knack for upselling products or services.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
  • Assist customers in placing orders and processing returns.
  • Analyse customer concerns and provide effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry.
  • Upsell relevant products or services based on customer needs.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a customer service role is desirable.
  • Strong phone etiquette and communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish or other languages is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyse situations effectively and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records.
  • Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, particularly those fluent in English and Spanish.
