<p><strong>Adecco are recruiting for a Customer Service Assistant to join their clients team based in Newbury!</strong></p><p>Monday-Friday</p><p>Office based (Newbury)</p><p> 28,000- 29,000 depending on experience</p><p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Deliver end-to-end customer service, managing customer expectations in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Process B2C orders accurately and ensuring documentation is correctly attached within internal systems.</li><li>Manage replacements and refunds within ERP and customer portals.</li><li>Respond to customer enquiries through online portals within agreed SLAs.</li><li>Maintain stock availability across systems and liaise with Supply Chain teams to replenish stock where required.</li><li>Process RMA documentation.</li><li>Complete weekly billing tasks accurately and on time.</li><li>Work closely with third-party logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries, collect proof of delivery and upload to internal systems within required timeframes.</li><li>Liaise with Sales teams to confirm pricing and discounts, sharing updates with Operations for system updates.</li><li>Log, investigate and resolve customer queries and complaints, escalating where necessary and keeping management informed.</li><li>Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer communications and transactions.</li><li>Update and maintain customer data across ERP and supporting systems.</li><li>Support the preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.</li><li>Follow company policies, customer service procedures and quality standards.</li><li>Develop and maintain product knowledge and stay informed of product updates and changes.</li></ul><p><strong>Requirements</strong></p><ul><li>Proven experience in a customer service role within an office environment.</li><li>Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.</li><li>Ability to work calm under pressure</li><li>Personable and customer-focused with a friendly manner.</li></ul><p><strong>Apply now!</strong></p><p><strong><em>Adecco is a disability-confident employer.
