Colorado Pond Pros is looking for a warm, organized, and detail-driven Customer Service Liaison to serve as the frontline connection between our clients and our team. In this full-time, on-site position, you’ll handle customer communication, assist with scheduling, support office operations, and ensure a smooth, professional experience for every client interaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms.

  • Support senior staff with scheduling, administrative tasks, and customer follow-ups.

  • Educate and guide customers through service options and project steps.

  • Help convert inquiries into approved work by tracking progress and coordinating quotes.

  • Accurately relay information between clients, field crews, and leadership.

  • Maintain organized digital records, notes, and system entries (e.g., Jobber).

  • Proactively resolve customer issues with professionalism and empathy.

  • Contribute to a calm, positive, and collaborative office environment.

  • Represent the Colorado Pond Pros brand with integrity and customer-first care.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service, office admin, or scheduling roles.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Calm, solution-focused mindset; enjoys helping people and solving problems.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • Proficient with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar, Gmail) and comfortable with CRM platforms (e.g., Jobber).

  • Experience with scheduling or dispatching is a plus and may lead to higher pay.

  • Friendly, empathetic personality with a high degree of reliability and follow-through.
