Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time and Full-Time Customer Service Representatives to join our dynamic team at our convenient location on Main Street right in the heart of downtown Buffalo. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for Uber's medical transportation passengers, assisting them with booking and managing rides, locating their driver/vehicle, and answering general questions. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to handle various customer interactions effectively.

A variety of shifts are available, including early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends to work with almost any schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer phone calls.
  • Conduct outbound calling to welcome new riders and guide them through what to expect on the day of their first ride.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our computerized system.
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures while providing top-notch client services.

Skills

  • Multilingual abilities are a plus.
  • Strong phone etiquette and excellent verbal communication skills.
  • Previous experience in a medical transportation, a call center, or customer support environment is a plus.
  • Ability to efficiently navigate computerized systems for data entry and record keeping.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
