The Role

We are currently looking to recruit a Customer Account Coordinator for our Customer Services Department. In this role, you will be providing efficient and effective support for operational activities and managing the day-to-day administration of the sales activities.

What will you be doing?

As a Customer Account Coordinator, you will be responsible for a variety of different tasks including:

Customer Service - Initial contact for all customer service and product supply related enquires.

Customer Claim Management - Investigating and preparing all supportive documentation for the approval/rejection of any customer credit claims. Recording and reporting the information gathered.

*

Stock Management - Liaising with all members of the department and the warehouse to ensure that customer stock requirements can be fulfilled, and/or the latest information can be provided.

*

Sales order processing - Reviewing all customer orders and communicating with the warehouse to ensure they are processed swiftly to meet the required delivery dates.

*

Invoice processing - Processing the daily sales invoices via the ERP system and reporting of the financial data to the company.

*

Price Management - Assisting the Sales team with customer price monitoring and updates.

*

Document Filing - Ensuring all departmental records are maintained and kept up to date.

Excellent English, written and verbal.

Proficiency in Microsoft apps.
