It's all about making a good impression with your manner, efficiency and ability to answer or sort out queries in a timely and efficient manner leaving anyone who contacts our company with a really positive impression of you and our business.

Job details:

  • Customer Services Operator
  • Wednesday Afternoon and all day on Thursday and Friday ( 20 Hours)
  • Overtime: Some available periodically
  • Salary: Based on experience - £12.48 per hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to handle customer orders accurately and efficiently

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Good knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and SAGE Accounts

· Order Processing Skills

· Ability to work well under pressure

· Excellent self- organisational skills

Education and Experience:

  • Previously or currently employed as a customer service person
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience of SAGE accounting software preferred.
  • Basic Numeracy & Literacy

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £12.24 per hour
