Job Summary

Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Support Advisor to join our growing remote team in Germany. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries through chat and email.

  • Troubleshoot, resolve, and escalate customer issues as necessary, ensuring timely solutions.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, complaints, and feedback.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide solutions and improve the overall customer experience.

  • Identify trends in customer feedback and provide suggestions for product or service enhancements.
