What You Will Do As a Fintech Customer Support Representative:

  • Manage inbound calls from banking partners, merchants, and cardholders, answering questions and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction. Technical inquiries are part of the job.
  • Provide top-notch service by actively engaging with callers to identify optimal solutions.
Requirements for Servicing This Client:
  • Minimum of one year of recent consistent inbound call support experience in a customer-facing financial services environment.
  • Financial services support experience is helpful but not mandatory.
  • A quiet, secure area to efficiently handle a steady stream of calls.
