In this role, you will manage daily customs clearance operations for ocean, air, rail, and truck cross-border shipments. The position involves collaborating with freight forwarders, sellers, and vendors to ensure proper shipment and document preparation, while monitoring clearance status and managing issue escalation. You will also perform accurate data entry for entry filing, classifications, and inspections, as well as generate and track delivery forms while ensuring compliance requirements are met.<br /><br />The ideal candidate will be customer-obsessed, detail-driven, and passionate about international logistics.
