CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity for a Cybersecurity Lead within our Intel sector advancing the national security mission through cutting edge technology. You must have a passion for keeping pace with rapidly evolving technology advancements and leveraging your knowledge on a highly collaborative team to deliver state-of-the-art capabilities. The Cybersecurity Lead role is a senior-level professional with expertise in security architecture, RMF compliance, and security engineering. The Cybersecurity Lead develops and implements security strategies, protects digital assets, manages security teams, oversees incident response, ensures compliance, and stays ahead of emerging threats, bridging technical security operations with business goals to safeguard networks, systems, and data against cyber risks. This position is located in our USA VA Arlington -- USAVAARL01 office; however, a hybrid working model is acceptable. Your future duties and responsibilities: . Strategy & Policy: Develop, implement, and enforce cybersecurity policies, procedures, and frameworks. . Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of security analysts/engineers, fostering professional development. . Threat & Vulnerability Management: Oversee threat monitoring, conduct risk assessments, identify vulnerabilities, and coordinate incident response. . Security Operations: Manage security tools, maintain secure configurations, and ensure effective data monitoring. . Compliance & Reporting: Ensure adherence to regulations, report on key metrics (KPIs) to leadership, and manage security budgets. . Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with project and client teams to integrate security into all operations. . Innovation: Research and recommend new security technologies and best practices.

Requirements

  • Must have at least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity for intelligence systems
  • TS/SCI
  • CISSP
  • SAFe Agilist (SA) or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM)
  • SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (POPM), and/or
  • SAFe DevOps Practitioner (SDP)
  • Must be available for worldwide assignment based on mission needs at government-specified locations, including CCMD environments.
