<p><strong>ABOUT THE ROLE: </strong></p> <p>We are seeking a full-time Data Analyst III to join our Data & Insights team, focused on Clinical and Member Impact within Care Complete. In this role, you will own the development of business intelligence and analytical insights that demonstrate the value and impact of Rightway’s clinical programs to PBM clients and strategic partners.</p> <p>You will play a key role in translating complex clinical and engagement data into clear, actionable insights that support client reporting, quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and strategic decision making. This role partners closely with clinical delivery, operations, product and client facing teams to support both recurring and ad hoc analytics needs across Pharmacy Navigation and Specialty programs.</p> <p><strong>WHAT YOU’LL DO:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Develop and deliver comprehensive BI and analytics that measure member engagement and outcomes across Rightway’s Pharmacy Navigation and Specialty programs.</li> <li>Analyze member engagement across multiple channels, including application usage, email, telephonic and other inbound and outbound communications.</li> <li>Produce clinical team and client facing analytics for QBRs, executive reporting and ad hoc inquiries that clearly articulate program value, outcomes and opportunities for optimization.</li> <li>Apply advanced analytical and statistical techniques to evaluate the effectiveness of member-facing clinical management programs (e.g diabetes, weight management, GLP-1 programs) and establish repeatable measures of efficacy.</li> <li>Partner cross functionally with clinical, operations, product and client success teams to translate business questions into actionable analytics and scalable reporting solutions.</li> <li>Support the definition and measurement of return on investment (ROI) for Pharmacy Navigation and Specialty programs for both clients and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Contribute to the evolution of Rightway’s analytics ecosystem by improving data preparation workflows, enabling self-service BI and supporting automated and standardized reporting.</li> <li>Lead the development of analytical frameworks and methodologies to support strategic initiatives and new program launches.</li> <li>Communicate complex analyses clearly through data memos, dashboards, presentations and verbal storytelling tailored to clinical and business audiences.</li> <li>Use AI and advanced analytical tools to accelerate insight generation, root cause analysis and narrative development on top of governed BI models.</li> </ul> <p><strong>WHO YOU ARE: </strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience working in the PBM or Healthplan space.</li> <li>Expert level of proficiency with SQL.</li> <li>Proficiency with relational databases and database structures.</li> <li>Bachelor’s degree in analytics, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent work experience.</li> <li>4-8 years of experience in quantitative analytics and conducting advanced analytic modeling for large datasets.</li> <li>4+ years of industry experience querying and analyzing pharmacy data.</li> <li>Experience working with data and analytics services within cloud platforms (preferably AWS).</li> <li>Understanding of AI, Generative-AI and Machine Learning frameworks and its application in LLMs, NLP,  Forecasting and other AI-driven use cases.</li> <li>Understanding of responsible AI practice.</li> <li>Experience gathering and documenting requirements from clients or the business.</li> <li>Ability to communicate analysis to business partners and clients both in writing and verbally.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Experienced with developing data tools, memos and presentations to deliver data and insights to stakeholders.</li> <li>Proven ability to guide standards and provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.</li> </ul> <p><strong>EXTRA CREDIT:</strong> </p> <ul> <li>Proficiency with Python.</li> <li>Proficiency with dbt.</li> <li>Proven experience with version control.</li> <li>Hands on AWS experience is a plus.</li> </ul> <p><strong>BASE SALARY: </strong>$90,000 - $135,000 + bonus</p> <p>Offer amounts for both remote and in office roles are influenced by geographic location.</p> <p><strong>CYBERSECURITY AWARENESS NOTICE</strong></p> <p>In response to ongoing and industry-wide fraudulent recruitment activities (i.e., job scams), Rightway wants to inform potential candidates that we will only contact them from the @rightwayhealthcare.com email domain.
