Primary Teaching Assistant Upper Beeding & Surrounding Areas

Location: Upper Beeding, West Sussex (Easily commutable from Worthing, Shoreham, Lancing, Steying and Henfield)

Position: Daily Supply / Flexible Short-Term, Long term /term time

Pay: £85 - £95 per day

Your Impact in the Classroom

As a Supply Teaching Assistant, no two days are the same. You will be a vital support system for local schools by:

  • Assisting class teachers in delivering engaging lessons.

  • Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis to boost their confidence.

  • Creating a positive, safe, and inclusive learning environment.

  • Helping manage classroom transitions and activities with a proactive approach.

What We Are Looking For
  • Experience: Previous experience working with children (Schools, Nurseries, Sports Coaching, or Youth Work).

  • Attitude: A proactive, "can-do" mindset and the ability to adapt quickly to new school environments.

  • Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to build quick rapport with students and staff.

  • Compliance: An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or the willingness to apply for a new one with our help).
