Duties

  • Safely operate delivery vehicles, including box trucks and other commercial vehicles, ensuring compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
  • Load and unload packages safely and efficiently utilizing your superior organizational skills
  • Follow optimized delivery routes to ensure timely arrivals while maintaining high safety standards.
  • Deliver packages directly to customers’ doorsteps, providing friendly and professional customer service throughout each interaction.
  • Verify delivery details, obtain signatures when required, and document all deliveries accurately in company systems.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections before and after shifts to ensure vehicle safety and report any maintenance needs promptly.
  • Maintain a clean driving record by practicing responsible driving habits at all times.

Requirements

  • Experience as a delivery driver or courier, preferably with experience operating box trucks or similar commercial vehicles is a plus but not required.
  • Valid FLORIDA driver’s license with a clean driving record; commercial driver’s license (CDL) is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with route driving, GPS navigation tools, and traffic laws.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs.) and physical tasks involving moving packages or equipment safely.
  • Ability to problem solve independently
  • Strong customer service skills with a positive attitude and professional demeanor.
  • Excellent time management skills to adhere to delivery schedules efficiently.
  • Ability to work independently while following safety protocols diligently.
  • Physical stamina for prolonged periods of delivering in all weather conditions including rain, loading/unloading cargo, as well as driving safely in various weather conditions.
  • Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening
  • Speak, understand, read & write English
  • Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Following all safety protocols and regulations while on the road and at delivery sites
  • Answer the qualifying questions

Approximate hours are 10:20 am to 8:50 pm. Shifts range between 8-10 hours per day and shifts are available 7 days per week.

Pay: $20.75 per hour
