THIS JOB STARTS EACH DAY AT THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:DSD4 Amazon Warehouse- 5670 Kearney Mesa Rd. San Diego CA 92111The shift is up to 10hours starting at 11:00am (Start time change)- make sure you map it before applying to ensure the commute is acceptable for you.

Rate- $22.25/HR

Schedule:

  • Hours: 11:00 AM- 9:00 PM.
  • Minimum 3-6 days a week for Seasonal (1 weekend day required).
  • Full Time- 3-4 days a week (1 weekend day required)
  • 10-hour shifts available 7 days a week.

$250 Referral bonus (referred must work min. 90 days).

General Responsibilities:

  • The driver’s main objective is Safe, Prompt, & Accurate Delivery.
  • Safely drive and perform safety inspections on company vehicles; follow all DOT laws and Amazon regulations.
  • Keep pace in a physically demanding job; work in all weather conditions; lift packages (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Get in and out of a van repeatedly throughout the day at variable locations.
  • Communicate effectively with the support team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure deliveries are completed.
  • Use smartphone devices for GPS Navigation, scanning packages, conducting administrative requirements such as clocking in/out, and communicating with supervisors and other team members.
  • Receive bonuses for excellent performance and safe driving.

Required:

  • Must have held a state driver’s license for at least 2 years.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must know how to use Smartphone. (multiple apps used to perform day-to-day responsibilities).

Preferred:

  • Previous delivery experience (i.e., Postmates, DoorDash, Flex, etc.).
  • Previous transportation experience (i.e., Uber, Lyft, etc.).
  • Bilingual.
