Overview

We’re seeking a reliable, creative, and organized Digital Programs & Engagement Assistant to support our program scheduling, digital content, and youth engagement efforts. This role is perfect for someone who wants meaningful nonprofit experience, enjoys digital creativity, and is passionate about youth mental wellness.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Scheduling Support

  • Assist with scheduling program sessions, meetings, and reminders
  • Organize Google Calendar events and send updates to staff/participants
  • Help maintain digital files and program materials

Digital Content Creation

  • Create simple graphics and digital flyers using Canva
  • Draft weekly social media posts, program highlights, and event announcements
  • Assist with newsletters, website content, or updates as needed
  • Support digital storytelling and brand consistency across platforms

Youth Engagement & Blog Support

  • Help create youth-friendly blog posts, reflections, or mental wellness tips
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for connecting with teens and young adults
  • Assist in managing community engagement activities such as polls, Q&As, topics, or inspiration posts

General Support

  • Attend virtual team meetings
  • Help track attendance and engagement data
  • Provide additional digital or administrative support as needed
