Assist the Captain in all flight-related duties, including pre-flight planning, monitoring of flight instruments, and communication with air traffic control. Continuously monitor weather conditions and make necessary adjustments to flight plans. Conduct thorough pre-flight inspections of aircraft to ensure all systems are functioning properly. Adhere to company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations and standards. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service while interacting with passengers and crew members. Participate in regular training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. Work effectively as a team member, collaborating with other pilots and crew to ensure a smooth and successful flight. Remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, making quick and informed decisions for the safety of the aircraft and all on board. Keep accurate records of flight details and submit required reports in a timely manner.
