Working in close partnership with the Senior Vice President of CNPF Marketing and her leadership team, this role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, analytics and execution—ensuring the marketing function is aligned to business objectives, enabled by strong processes and technology, and optimized for growth and efficiency. <br><br>The ideal candidate brings deep experience in marketing strategy, operational excellence, performance management, budget management, and cross functional leadership. They will partner closely with colleagues across the Global and Regional Marketing ecosystem, Commercialization, Finance, and Business teams to drive business impact. This requires strong communication skills, the ability to drive consensus and a strong desire to build trust-based relationships that enable fast decision-making in a dynamic environment.<br><br>We are looking for an innovative leader that is ahead of industry and is an early adopter of growing trends and new technologies like AI models and hyper-personalization, among others.
