<p><span data-teams="true">This highly impactful position will support the growth of our SDS Rx business, focused on developing relationships with long-term care pharmacies in the healthcare and life sciences space. We are seeking a Director of Business development who is passionate about healthcare, finds the mission in everything they do, and is passionate about building genuine relationships with prospective long-term care pharmacies. A successful person in this role must have a track record of closing new business in the long-term care space. Hunt for and develop new business opportunities outside of existing customer base. Ensure that company profit goals are met.</p><ul><li>Responsible for revenue and gross profit</li><li>Focuses on customer satisfaction</li><li>Pipeline goals – including gross revenue in pipeline, growth against target and business close ratio</li><li>Establish client specific value propositions for outsourced services, performance against stated objectives, business growth, and business consultancy.</li><li>Identify profitable business ventures for pursuit.</li><li>Engage additional company resources in the pursuit of business.</li><li>Develop/meet all specified revenue and pipeline goals.</li><li>Utilize strong customer satisfaction skills</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Required Education and Experience</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree, required</li><li>MBA, preferred</li><li>10+ yrs.
