<p><b>Position summary: </b></p><ul><li>Key member of the Canada Executive leadership team - act as strategic business manager to support achieving the market’s long-term goals</li><li>Accountable for leading Supply Chain Operations for Canada including Transportation, Warehousing, Domestic and International Sourced Demand and Supply Planning, and Customer Supply Chain.</li><li>Create and execute Total Supply Chain vision and strategies aligned to the unique market dynamics and customer supply chain strategies, to enable Top Line Growth and optimize bottom line performance.</li><li>Responsible for developing and optimizing logistics and working capital and budgets.</li><li>Represent the organization as the leader of Supply Chain in Canada with customers and industry organizations. </li></ul><p><b>Responsibilities: </b> </p><ul><li>Delivery of a balanced scorecard for supply chain, ensuring exceptional customer service at industry-leading costs</li><li>Leads the identification and implementation of cost reduction initiatives and programs to drive out supply chain costs and optimize business performance</li><li>Leads supply planning function for domestic and International Contract Manufacturing and internal manufacturing locations</li><li>Accountable for domestic finished goods inventory and working capital targets</li><li>Develop and Drive IBP Best practices in alignment with Canada specific industry trends and aligned with Center of Excellence concepts</li><li>Lead the Demand Planning function, both US and domestic production</li><li>Drive collaboration with Sales and Marketing to ensure accurate sales forecasts</li><li>Leads the development of forecast and inventory planning in anticipation of customer needs and in accordance with the organization’s sales and service objectives</li><li>Collaborate with commercial business teams to commercialize new products</li><li>Accountable to develop and drive Customer Supply Chain Strategy by working closely with internal sales leaders and Senior leaders of major Canadian retailers to develop collaborative win-win Supply Chain Solutions.</li><li>Act as a “Customer Advocate” internally; facilitating alignment of customer service & replenishment performance</li><li>Establish Canada’s supply chain strategy based on industry knowledge and best practices and broader Conagra supply chain strategies.</li><li>Cross functional supply chain experience leading complex cross functional projects</li><li>Establish relationships with senior supply chain leaders in other CPG companies for insights into trends technologies and practices</li><li>Development of strategic relationships with customers, retailers and other manufacturers to build upon ConAgra Foods industry knowledge and market awareness</li><li>Provide industry and customer insight to benchmark performance & establish and maintain an industry leading best practices.</li></ul><p><b>Supervision</b>:</p><ul><li>Reports to Sr Director of International Operations</li></ul><p><b>Qualifications, Education & Experience: </b></p><ul><li>Demonstrated leadership capabilities, track record of effectively coaching and developing people, familiar with servant leadership methodologies</li><li>Will have a strong voice on the Canadian Leadership team, willing to provoke different points of view, challenge the status quo, push beyond the comfort zone</li><li>10+ Years Progressive CPG Supply Chain experience with significant people and team leadership experience</li><li>University degree – Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering</li><li>Extensive knowledge of Retail Customer Supply Chain processes and replenishment practices</li><li>Project management and business process re-engineering experience</li><li>Demonstrated ability to communicate and influence at all levels across the organization</li><li>Possesses a track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners, team members, and vendors to build buy-in for implementation of process and standards.</li><li>Ability to work with all levels of Management within a matrix organization in a fast-paced work environment.</li><li>Strong customer relationship skills; demonstrated ability to manage Customer expectations.</li><li>Broad knowledge of manufacturing, logistics and financial operations; in depth knowledge of Supply Chain best practices</li></ul><p>SF:LI</p><p></p><p></p><p><b><u>Compensation:</u></b></p>Pay Range:139,000-$189,000<p></p><p><i>The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity.
