Develop and implement strategic plans for providing high-quality patient care in alignment with the mission and values of Catholic Health Initiatives. Oversee and manage the daily operations of the patient care team, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow optimization. Collaborate with other departments and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient delivery of care for patients. Monitor and analyze patient care metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes. Foster a culture of compassion, empathy, and respect among the patient care team. Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards for patient care. Develop and maintain relationships with community organizations and resources to support patient care needs. Provide guidance and support to staff in handling patient and family concerns or complaints. Manage budget and resources to ensure efficient and effective delivery of patient care.
