Develops and delivers a PMO that can effectively set standards; provides an overall program management strategy; provides direct program management and consulting, as necessary; builds and maintains organizational knowledge as it relates to the function of managing projects and programs. May direct multiple teams of professionals.<p></p><p><b>Job Description</b></p><p>Core Responsibilities </p><ul><li>Provides leadership and management to the Scrum Master / Team Coach team. Possess staffing accountability, including recruitment and retention, leadership and professional development and performance management. </li><li>Executes and oversees Scaled Agile Delivery processes. Guides Cross Functional Agile Teams and Cross ART Shared Services Teams to align to standards and best practices. </li><li>Develops cross-functional plans, objectives and strategies. Interprets company goals into functional goals and strategies.  </li><li>Champion Agile practices and SAFe principles across the organization. </li><li>Drive continuous improvement through SAFe Measure and Grow approach to evaluate progress towards Business Agility, enhance delivery predictability and team performance. </li><li>Keeps abreast of new developments in scaled agile methodologies, best practices and industry standards. </li><li>Own the organization and prioritization of the technology portfolio, including AI initiatives, modernization efforts, BAU work and technical debt, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and priorities. </li><li>Implement data-driven processes for portfolio transparency and decision-making. Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as delivery predictability, ROI, and capacity utilization. </li><li>Work with Executives and Internal stakeholders to coordinate and facilitate regular sessions to align technology investments with business objectives.  </li><li>Present insights and recommendations that influence strategic technology decisions. </li><li>Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. </li><li>Regular, consistent and punctual attendance.
