The Personal Lines Auto Design & Delivery team is hiring a <strong>Director II</strong> to lead one of our Delivery Teams—and play a key role in transforming our delivery engine for the future.</span></p><p> </p><p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">Reporting to the <strong>Senior Director of Auto Program Delivery & Enhancements</strong>, you’ll drive initiatives that directly support <strong>USRM growth and profitability</strong>. You’ll partner across the enterprise to implement <strong>state-level auto pricing programs</strong> and build the strategy to bring them to market <strong>quickly, accurately, and in full regulatory compliance</strong>.
