The Personal Lines Auto Design & Delivery team is hiring a Director II to lead one of our Delivery Teams—and play a key role in transforming our delivery engine for the future. Reporting to the Senior Director of Auto Program Delivery & Enhancements, you’ll drive initiatives that directly support USRM growth and profitability. You’ll partner across the enterprise to implement state-level auto pricing programs and build the strategy to bring them to market quickly, accurately, and in full regulatory compliance. You’ll lead 4 direct reports and a team of 12 focused on translating customer and business needs into product requirements, determining rate level across segments, and ensuring a smooth, compliant rollout. This role is also a front-row seat to how we’re changing the way we work—raising the bar on quality, accelerating process improvement, and actively experimenting with generative AI to streamline delivery and improve decision-making. What We Offer:<ul type="disc"><li>The opportunity to lead and inspire a diverse team of experts.</li><li>A chance to shape the next generation of auto insurance products.</li><li>A collaborative environment where your ideas and strategies will have a meaningful impact.</li></ul> Responsibilities:<ul type="disc"><li>Deliver Auto rating programs into the market (Omega 3, Omega 3+, One Auto)</li><li>Develop a clear roadmap for delivery cadence into market with rationale behind path forward</li><li>Champion continuous process improvement across the organization</li><li>Drive team engagement and develop best in class talent and talent pipeline</li><li>Be an expert in auto rating programs for USRM</li><li>Partner across the delivery ecosystem (Product, USDS, IT, Experience, Distribution, etc.)</li></ul> An ideal candidate will have:<ul type="disc"><li>Experience leading and motivating a team helping to align goals, develop objective transparency, and drive strong execution</li><li>Foundational knowledge of our Auto product, rating programs, and understanding of how these fit into USRM goals</li><li>A desire to make a tangible impact to USRM both immediately and into the future with One Auto partnership</li><li>Strong project management skills – this work involves many moving pieces across teams, hand offs, and coordination</li><li>Interest in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities</li><li>Knowledge of how to develop both repeatable and creative solutions to recurring and unique problems</li><li>Understanding of how to influence and communicate with Senior Leaders</li><li>An AI-first mindset with a passion for process improvement & experimentation</li></ul> Qualifications<div style="font-family: 'Arial', sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;"><ul><li>Proven math and analytical skills, as normally acquired through the pursuit of a bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Actuarial Science or related field</li><li>Minimum 5 years of progressively more responsible experience.
