You get your energy from improving customer experience, and reducing friction for our consignors and buyers. You establish a vision and lead the execution of our customer facing experiences from site, app, and marketing. You have deep knowledge of our business, our product strategy, and the customer retail technology industry. You are customer obsessed, leveraging qualitative and quantitative methods to identify the customers needs and wants and have the ability to translate that into coherent technology strategy which enables TheRealReal strategic vision.
