Senior Technical Leader - Chemical Delivery Space Core Responsibilities * Lead and execute highly complex engineering projects and drive R&D initiatives for new technologies. * Develop and implement solutions for a broad range of advanced product and engineering challenges. * Identify and troubleshoot division-wide, high-impact engineering and technology problems. * Interface with internal and external customers to resolve critical engineering issues and deliver high-value solutions. * Conduct advanced engineering analysis and specify requirements for complex systems. * Design and modify engineering layouts, schematics, and detailed specifications for intricate projects. * Generate product specifications and define, coordinate, perform, and document engineering tests. * Review and specify engineering documentation and processes to ensure quality and compliance. Technical Expertise * Deep subject matter expert in Chemical Delivery Systems. * Demonstrates comprehensive expertise in cutting-edge theories, techniques, and technologies. * Consults with management and customers on exceptionally complex technical issues. * Guides and mentors less experienced engineers; validates technical strategies and approaches. Business & Leadership Influence * Influences internal and external business and regulatory strategies. * Leads high-visibility, multidisciplinary project teams and initiatives. * Proactively solves the most complex problems using groundbreaking methods. * Impacts business direction through innovative product and service development. * Negotiates with senior stakeholders to influence strategic decisions. Qualifications * Education: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field. * Experience: 10-15 years in engineering, with a proven track record in Chemical Delivery Systems. * Recognized thought leader in the field, shaping strategy to meet technology, cost, and quality goals. * Experience in commercializing chemical delivery components (e.g., MFC, MFV, BPC, gauges, valves, transducers). * Semiconductor process knowledge and experience in a semiconductor fab is a strong plus. * Additional Information Time Type: Full time Employee Type: Assignee / Regular Travel: Yes, 20% of the Time Relocation Eligible: Yes The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable. For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
