Providing exceptional, neighborly service at every opportunity during your workday, you will: Build and maintain working relationships with assigned franchisee store owners, store managers and store associates as the corporate liaison responsible for initiating corporate business initiatives and maximizing sales. Monitor and analyze business performance to ensure targets are attained through review of key store trends, financial reporting, and forecasting. Foster an engaging environment for high-performing teams. Effectively communicate financial implications and benefits related to planned corporate initiatives and strategy and develop action plans to optimize success. Deliver timely and insightful analysis of monthly results to corporate store operations. Partner with store leaders to optimize store performance and customer service across the pawprint. Drive the capability of the team to increase brand awareness through local event execution, community partnerships and social media. Coach and train store leaders and team members on PSP standards, sales & marketing programs, pricing programs, and store layout design to maximize business growth and pawsome customer service.
