Job Description: Doorman / Porter - Overnight Shift Luxury Building

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and customer service-oriented individual to join our team as a Doorman/Porter for the overnight shift in a luxury building. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing security, assisting residents and guests, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the building.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and control access to the building, greeting residents and guests in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Assist residents with carrying packages, luggage, and other items as needed.
  • Perform regular patrols of the building to ensure security and safety.
  • Respond to emergencies and incidents in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators.
  • Assist with receiving and delivering packages and mail.
  • Report any maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department.

Skills and Qualifications:
