SERVICE DIMENSION:

Lead ECP projects/SMR from handover to close out, ensuring timely delivery in coordination with the ECP Senior Project Manager. Handle budgets up to $20M per Project.
Oversee all project activities from basic/FEED to detailed engineering, SIMOPS operations, and transfer to FO, according to contracts. Manage project compliance with specifications, HSEQ, budget, and schedule. Maintain contractor relations to ensure HSE rule adherence.

ACTIVITIES:

  • Manages all project activities from engineering stage up to Site Integration works including procurement, contracting, fabrication and testing in accordance with project technical and quality requirement as well as budget and planning.
  • Directs and supervises the project team, ensuring it works to its best potential to meet the stated requirements.
  • Ensures safe working practices are carried out at all stages, in particular observance of the Company HSE policy, rules and procedures.
  • Oversee preparation and review of the PEP, schedule, cost estimate and budget for his/her project.
  • Collaborate with various COMPANY stakeholders (FO, Maintenance, C&P, Logistics) to ensure proper interface management regarding scope of work consolidation, contracting strategy, site activities, estimate, budget, etc., for each project.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (Engineering, Construction, QA/QC, C&P, subcontractors) to communicate project requirements and ensure deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.
  • Measure and monitor project progress using standard project control methods, tools and KPI's. Identify and address technical, commercial, or scheduling issues, and develop recovery plans as needed. Ensure proper internal reporting of project activities (progress, issues etc.) as well as timely preparation of approval dossier
  • Oversees the project contracting strategy execution and Contract/Purchase Order placement in accordance with Company Internal Procedures as well as Project Planning, Manages with its duet technical clarifications and negotiations with selected Contractor.
  • Develops & maintains constructive relationship with Contractors
  • Manages contractor's activities from engineering to testing in conformity with contract reference documentation. Organize necessary meetings with contractors (weekly, monthly meetings, variation order meetings etc.). Follows contractor sub-supplier control process and audits to make sure project requirements have been properly transmitted to the sub-suppliers and are implemented.
  • Ensure COMPANY general specifications and industry best practices are implemented in project execution by all involved parties.
  • Establish accurate records and filing of project documentation in a retrievable and accessible manner.
  • Identify, monitor, and record project KPIs.


Profile

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • University degree in an engineering discipline with over 5 years' experience in industrial facilities projects management.
  • Experience: exposure to brownfield or Greenfield Projects in an international environment.
  • High standards of teamwork, technical rigor, communication, organization. Ability to work under pressure and stressing conditions. HSE consciousness, able to coordinate all related interfaces. Practical sense, autonomous, rigorous
  • Proficiency in the use of MS Office suite (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Power-point).
  • Fluent in English
