Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled and experienced Data Center Procurement Professional to join our Global Procurement team.

In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing the effectiveness of the procurement function by owning end-to-end sourcing and supplier management for data center equipment and services across EMEA.

What You'll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Build and execute a multi-year category strategy for EMEA data center equipment MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) to drive measurable OpEx and CapEx efficiency.
  • Collaborate with Data Center site leaders, Engineering, and Finance to consolidate fragmented supplier bases into scalable regional frameworks and standardized rate cards.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational standards by leading competitive sourcing events (RFP/RFQ) and negotiating MSAs/SOWs that align with IRM’s risk and performance governance.
  • Establish performance management through KPI dashboards and QBRs to improve first-time fix rates, response times, and overall supplier compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal programs such as Supplier Diversity and Commercial Collaboration (Balance of Trade) to foster a culture of strategic partnership.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Proven previous experience in strategic sourcing or category management within a Fortune 500-level environment.
  • Strong knowledge of technical services/equipment contracting, including cost modeling, TCO mindset, and asset lifecycle extension.
  • Proven ability in vendor consolidation, stakeholder management across complex multi-country environments, and data-driven spend analytics.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a similar field; CIPS/ISM/CSCP accreditation is preferred.
  • Experience working with mission-critical operations such as data centers or industrial facilities.
