Role
The Manager, Remote Sales Support will drive topline results by developing and implementing clear, measurable go-to-market sales initiatives across assigned hotels. The role requires 10% travel to franchise locations.

What You'll Do

Support the adoption of WHR–derived programs and global sales strategies.

Lead the adoption, use, and continued support of assigned hotel revenue‑generating platforms and resources.

Develop a strategic road map individualized to each assigned hotel for franchisees and hotel associates.

Establish bi‑weekly touchpoints to provide direction on leveraging WHR’s resources.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Minimum of 2–5 years’ sales experience in a mid‑scale hotel.

Multi‑property experience with franchise mid‑scale hotels or management company preferred.

Strong project, organizational, and time‑management skills.

Independent judgment and decision‑making ability.

Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Experience with sales and revenue‑management tools (e.g., Salesforce.com).

Remote work capability and focus.

Compensation & Benefits

Base pay range: $70,000–$80,000 annually (U.S. only).

Incentive: 15% annual target under the Remote Sales Support Sales Incentive Plan.
