What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- 3+ years of work experience in the Group Insurance claims industry
- 3+ years of experience with claims process management, policies/procedures, and/or training program development
- Experience in training delivery, process improvement, and knowledge management
- Exceptional knowledge of insurance industry regulations, policies, and procedures
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong understanding of technology and industry trends
- Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills
- Comfortable dealing with complexity and ambiguity with the ability to explore multiple solutions
- Previous experience with FINEOS Claims software platform
