<p><strong>Senior Employment Litigation Counsel - REMOTE - CA Bar</strong></p><p>A nationally respected management-side labor and employment law platform is seeking an <strong>experienced Employment Litigation attorney (7+ years)</strong> to join them as Remote <strong>Senior Attorney/Counsel </strong>supporting a <strong>dedicated Professional Employer Organization (PEO) client</strong> and its carrier in Northern California. </p><p>This <strong>non-partner-track</strong> role is designed for a senior attorney who enjoys <strong>owning day-to-day litigation</strong>, delivering consistent, high-quality service to a sophisticated client, and practicing law at a high level — <strong>without business development pressure</strong>.</p><p>The Role</p><p>You will manage a <strong>high-volume employment litigation docket</strong> from inception through resolution, serving as a primary point of contact for the PEO client, its customers, and the insurer. The practice is largely focused on <strong>administrative charges, attorney demand letters, and single-plaintiff employment litigation</strong>, with potential exposure to <strong>class actions and PAGA matters</strong>.</p><p>While the platform is remote, this role requires <strong>regular in-person advocacy</strong>.
