This individual will manage enterprise-scale deployments, ensure strong customer adoption, and act as a trusted advisor to operational and executive stakeholders.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’ll sit at the intersection of strategy, technology, and delivery, translating Axion’s AI insights into real business outcomes for our clients. As a core member of the MedTech pod, you’ll partner closely with Solutions Managers, Deployment Leads, Product, and Data Science to ensure that every engagement delivers measurable value. The ideal candidate brings consulting rigor, operational savvy, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving within complex enterprise environments.</p><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Lead end-to-end customer deployments, from discovery through rollout, ensuring delivery excellence and adoption across client teams.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Serve as the primary point of contact for customer stakeholders, driving alignment, managing expectations, and ensuring high satisfaction.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Translate client goals into actionable plans that leverage Axion’s AI platform to improve product quality, reliability, and speed to resolution.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Partner cross-functionally with Product and Engineering to identify opportunities for platform improvements based on customer feedback.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Support the Senior Engagement Director and Head of Medical Devices in account expansion, renewal strategy, and delivery governance.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Mentor Deployment Leads and Associates to build delivery capability and support team growth within the MedTech vertical.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Requirements:</strong></h2><ul style="min-height:1.5em"><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">6+ years of experience in consulting, delivery, or client success roles within medical devices, life sciences, or industrial technology.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Former Engagement Manager, Project Leader, or Senior Consultant at a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or equivalent), or equivalent operator within a MedTech company.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Strong track record of managing enterprise engagements with multiple workstreams and executive stakeholders.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Deep understanding of the medical device value chain, including manufacturing, quality systems, and post-market processes.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable presenting to executives and managing complex programs.</p></li><li><p style="min-height:1.5em">Hands-on, analytical, and execution-oriented; thrives in fast-paced, high-ownership environments.</p></li></ul><p style="min-height:1.5em"></p><h2><strong>Who You Are:</strong></h2><p style="min-height:1.5em">You’re a builder and operator who thrives in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.
