About the Role

BookingAgent AI is hiring sales representatives to introduce realtors ( & home service businesses) to a ready-to-use voice AI assistant that books showings and meetings automatically.

This is a closing role.

You will speak with business owners, walk them through the AI assistant, and close deals. Once the contract is signed - onboarding and building AI Agent is handled by our team.

Compensation

  • 50% commission per closed deal (Installation fee)
  • Average deal size: $1,000-$5,000
  • $500-$2,500 per closed sale
  • No cap on commissions
  • Paid after client payment

High performers close multiple deals per week.

What You’ll Do

  • Unlimited Home service business leads provided (Name, Phone Number, Email, City, State), delivered in batches of 100-200 using Airtable.
  • Call business - Ask if they are open to listen to Already built AI Appointment Setter.
  • Follow up with them after they demo the AI assistant to close the sale
  • Handle basic questions and objections
  • Send contracts using SignWell
  • Close deals and move on to the next prospect

Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking on the phone
  • Confident presenting and closing
  • Typically available during peak calling hours (10:00 AM–2:00 PM local time)
  • Coachable and performance-driven

Preferred (Not Required):

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Sales, or a related field
  • At least 1+ year of sales experience (closing, cold calling, door-to-door, appointment setting, or similar)
