Today, 6M Executives has recently signed a new partnership with a client in the technology sector and we are contracted to provide business development and customer service solutions to their Dallas target market. As the Entry Level Customer Support Representative, you will serve as a primary point of contact between the client and consumers in the Dallas area. Your primary responsibility will be to communicate directly with the client, provide appropriate service solutions, and maintain a quality relationship to ensure resolution, repeat business, and client retention. This role requires a dedicated, visionary leader to work in a future-focused team striving to deliver quality business solutions for our client.

Key Responsibilities of the Entry Level Customer Support Representative:

  • Execute client service and support strategies that ensure client satisfaction, achieve sales targets, handle complaints effectively, and result in quality solutions.
  • Establish strong relationships with clientele to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention
  • Build rapport and trust with clients to uncover their needs and provide service recommendations best suited to those needs
  • Escalate complex and urgent matters to the appropriate department chair or manager
  • Utilize fact-based and value-driven communication to boost engagement, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Assist the Senior Key Account Manager in managing client relationships and achieving long-term goals for sustained success.
  • Forecast and set sales quotas based on client growth objectives.
  • Stay updated on products, services, and promotions to create opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Support the Recruiting and Talent Acquisition team by actively sourcing top talent through headhunting, candidate sourcing, and virtual career fairs.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship, Business Management, or Marketing from a four-year college or university.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales, client-facing, or leadership role.
  • An equivalent combination of education and experience is also acceptable.

Position Overview:

This position is a full-time employment position located in Dallas, TX. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in aface-to-face role with customers..

  • Pay: 100% commission with an average of 51K-60K per year.
  • Clients & Products: We work with Frontier, promoting and signing up new customers for their wireless and internet services
  • Location: Dallas, TX

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
