Job Overview As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our digital databases. Your primary responsibilities will include inputting data from paper documents into digital spreadsheets, updating order statuses for customers, and double-checking your work to ensure that all data is entered correctly. Key Responsibilities Keep all information confidential and adhere to arenaflex's data protection policies Insert customer and account data by inputting text-based and numerical information from source documents within established time limits Compile, verify the accuracy, and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible, and check the output to ensure accuracy Research and obtain further information for incomplete documents to ensure that all data is accurate and up-to-date Apply data program techniques and procedures to ensure that all data is entered correctly and efficiently Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform backup operations to ensure that all data is secure and easily accessible Scan documents and print files, when needed, to support the data entry process Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
