Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Representative, you’ll play a pivotal role in our organization. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  1. Needs Analysis and Client Education:

    • Conduct detailed insurance sales needs analysis via phone or Zoom with clients.
    • Educate clients about the differences between term and whole life insurance.
    • Identify matching insurance plans and services that align with clients’ unique situations.
    • Assist clients through the application process.
  2. Sales and Application Completion:

    • Close sales by accurately completing applications.
    • Utilize your sales skills to connect with clients and address their insurance needs.
  3. Collaboration and Support:

    • Work closely with internal support teams, trainers, and customer service representatives.
    • Foster a collaborative environment to ensure seamless client experiences.
  4. Other Duties:

    • Perform any related duties to contribute to the team’s success.
