Entry Level Roles / Recent Graduates Needed ASAP / Candidates with internship are ok.

Major Investment Bank / Financial Institution located in Cohoes, NY has several entry level finance roles for Recent College graduates. Degree is required and the roles are onsite. College degree does not have to necessarily be in business or finance. Must have bachelor's degree.

Constantin Control Associates is currently sourcing entry level candidates who are interested in launching their career with a major Financial Services firm located in the Cohoes, NY.

These are fulltime contract/contingent positions which could evolve into permanent opportunities. These roles not only provide a "foot in the door" opportunity but also provide candidates valuable on the job experience & real-world knowledge which can be an asset moving forward in one's career.

Preferred candidates are recent graduates who have a bachelor's degree in a Finance related discipline preferred but not required. These are NOT SALES positions.

No specific experience is required as in-depth training is provided; all positions are in office "not" remote.

Asset & Wealth Management - Onboarding & Contracts - Analyst

Duties:

· Review and approve pending client requests to ensure proper authorizations and supporting documentation are in place and meet policy requirements

· Coordinate and process team specific tasks as requested by the business.

· Work across multiple systems and platforms.

· Interface with teams and businesses resolve on-going issues and answer specific policy questions.

· Provide support and work on special projects as requested.

· Apply business judgment to identify unusual or suspicious activities and escalate issues as appropriate.

· Associate must understand and adhere to all policies and procedures including, but not limited to, quality, client service, information security, and compliance.
Skills: · Working knowledge of certain Microsoft products including Word, Windows, PowerPoint, and Outlook

· Advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
