Develop and implement data management strategies to ensure the highest standards of food safety and quality within the organization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate food safety and quality processes into daily operations. Monitor and analyze food safety data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations. Stay up-to-date on industry regulations and standards related to food safety and ensure compliance within the organization. Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess food safety and quality processes and procedures. Train and educate employees on food safety protocols and best practices. Work closely with suppliers and vendors to ensure the safety and quality of ingredients and materials used in production. Identify and troubleshoot any data integration issues and provide solutions to maintain data integrity. Collaborate with IT and other departments to develop and maintain data management systems. Conduct research and stay informed on emerging trends and technologies related to food safety and data management. Act as a subject matter expert on food safety and data management, providing guidance and support to other team members. Continuously evaluate and improve food safety and data management processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Communicate with upper management and stakeholders on food safety and data management initiatives and progress. Ensure all food safety and data management processes align with company values, policies, and goals.
