We are looking for an Events & Sampling Manager to lead the strategic planning, execution, and evaluation of high-impact events and sampling activities across a diverse brand portfolio. The role is responsible for end-to-end delivery, including budget and vendor management, cross-functional coordination, and ensuring outstanding brand experiences across various event formats.

Ideal Candidates:

  • 6–8 years of experience in event planning & management

  • Proven experience managing large-scale, high-budget events for a diverse portfolio

  • Strong negotiation, project management, and leadership skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

  • Exceptional organizational and attention-to-detail skills

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • Budgeting and financial acumen

  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm under pressure

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • Willingness to travel as required for event execution

Job requirements

Your Role:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive event strategies together with the Marketing team, that drive brand awareness and scale for the entire

    portfolio

  • Lead the E2E planning and delivery of diverse and complex experiential activations (brand activations, events, festivals) & brand samplings

  • Own and manage events & sampling budgets, including constant monitoring and post-event reconciliation

  • Negotiate and manage vendor and venue contracts to ensure quality and cost efficiency

  • Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and risk management standards

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing team and coordinate discussions with events organizers & BTL agencies

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for senior stakeholders and partners

  • Oversee on-site and virtual event execution, ensuring excellent delivery and issue resolution

  • Ensure consistent brand representation across all event touchpoints

  • Prepare executive-level post-event reports with insights and recommendations

  • Stay current on event trends, technology, and best practices

  • Introduce innovative formats, tools, and experiences to enhance attendee engagement

  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiencies
