Our client is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to senior leadership in **Tangerang, Banten, ID**. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth operation of executive functions and supporting strategic initiatives. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare reports and presentations, handle sensitive correspondence, and serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate possesses exceptional communication skills, a polished professional demeanor, and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems in a fast-paced environment. This hybrid role requires flexibility to work both remotely and in the office as needed.

Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain complex executive calendars, scheduling meetings, appointments, and conference calls with precision. Arrange and coordinate all aspects of domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, visas, and itineraries. Prepare, proofread, and edit confidential correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Screen and prioritize incoming communications, including emails, calls, and mail, directing them to the appropriate parties. Serve as a liaison between executives, employees, clients, and external partners, maintaining professionalism and discretion. Organize and manage meeting logistics, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and taking minutes. Conduct research and prepare background information for meetings and projects. Handle expense reporting and manage departmental budgets as required. Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital. Proactively identify and resolve administrative issues before they escalate. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience providing administrative support to senior executives. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and virtual collaboration tools.
