<p>Job Posting Title:</p>Executive Assistant, People & Culture<p></p><p>Req ID:</p>10141082<p></p><p>Job Description:</p><p><b>Executive Assistant, People & Culture at Disney Entertainment Television  </b></p><p></p><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p></p><p>This role is supporting two senior executive leaders within the People & Culture (P&C) organization and is highly trusted executive assistant who operates with discretion, sound judgment, and a deep understanding of executive priorities. This person will be an extension of the leaders they support and thereby represents the office and the broader P&C team with professionalism, collaboration, and a consistently positive presence. The ideal candidate is exceptionally resourceful and proactive, demonstrating strong teamwork, critical thinking, and the ability to build trusted partnerships across the organization.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li><p>Provide high caliber general administrative support to two senior executives and teams to include, but not limited to, answer phones, schedule meetings/conference rooms, organize files, make travel arrangements, process expense reports, order supplies and process invoices, respond to inquiries, and other administrative tasks as needed.</p></li><li><p>Proactively act as a culture carrier and positive team player with all who interact with the office and larger P&C team ensuring the Burbank office is a welcoming and positive environment. </p></li><li><p>Be an innovator and problem solver in making recommendations and resolving office administrative and process challenges.</p></li><li><p>Successfully anticipate issues and needs, such as resolving meeting conflicts, and identify competing priorities and potential solutions in close communication with executives.</p></li><li><p>Maintain a high level of integrity and standards of strict confidentiality with respect to all matters, correspondence and documents.</p></li><li><p>Set priorities, meet deadlines and follow up on assignments with a minimum of direction.</p></li><li><p>Support executives with Microsoft Office, Excel or PowerPoint documents and leverage new technology such as Loop and Copilot to make work more efficient.</p></li><li><p>Take the lead in coordinating team celebrations, meetings, etc. to ensure all logistics are handled for both in person and remote team members.</p></li><li><p>Support executives’ direct reports with special requests as needed.</p></li><li><p>Be a team player working closely with the administrative team to handle tasks that support specific needs for the onsite Burbank, CA team as well as the larger P&C team as a whole.</p></li><li><p>Provide backup to other assistants as needed to contribute to common administrative duties.</p></li></ul><p></p><p></p><p><b>Basic Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Strong computer proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as learning new apps and technologies such as Loop and Copilot</p></li><li><p>Team player with a great attitude and strong people skills who is highly collaborative and able to build strong relationships across all levels of employees.</p></li><li><p>Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to anticipate needs, take initiative, meet deadlines, and be resourceful and flexible, while maintaining absolute professionalism, composure, and confidentiality.</p></li><li><p>Approaches work with a high degree of organization, attention to detail, and strong follow-up skills.</p></li><li><p>Excellent analytical skills with the ability to exercise appropriate judgment and assume responsibility in executing tasks without direct supervision.</p></li><li><p>Effective communication skills (written and verbal).  Able to clearly convey information and act as a liaison between the executive and others.</p></li><li><p>Ability to be in the office four days a week as per the company’s in office policy and be flexible if needed.  Some overtime may be required.</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><p>Demonstrated experience supporting senior executives within large, corporate environments</p></li><li><p>Prior experience with Disney is a plus</p></li></ul><p></p><p><b>Preferred Education</b></p><ul><li><p>Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required</p></li></ul>The hiring range for this position in California is $79,400.00 - $106,400.00 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
